You started coaching and providing services to mediocre people because you were afraid of targeting richer, more resourced, more confident, sovereign and high performing people. Services began to be offered to those who didn’t have the resources to sustain the results and outcomes neither the capacity to listen and be led without taking offense.

We diluted high-performance industries designed for the exceptional and made them accessible to women who wanted to be victims of systems rather than architects of sovereignty. We normalized fragility and called it empowerment. We made coaching and consulting emotionally inexpensive, not intellectually or financially valuable.

You began marketing to the woman who wanted a mother and not the woman who had already shifted paradigms and was ready to receive power without rebuking it. You started selling “support” and “accountability” instead of evolution and elevation.

That’s why 80–86% of coaches and service entrepreneurs are failing. You’re marketing to comfort, not capacity. You’re selling healing to those who’ve made pain their personality. You’re teaching freedom to women still addicted to oppression.

When everyone can buy their way into high-level spaces without first refining their energy, values, or identity, the field becomes diluted. The standard lowers. The energy fractures. The work loses its potency. This is why you have coaches who are supposed to be making $100k/months stuck in $2k-5k months. Not because they lack knowledge, but because their field is crowded with women who entered prematurely without initiation, without readiness, without self-concept.
